Introduction to our "Long Haul" series of Videos

This series of videos is primarily designed for those with energy-limiting health conditions, but the majority of the content is perfect for those who want general guidance about how to eat well for good health now and in the future.


Each Video makes reference to the:

  • NHS Eatwell Guide, Vegetarian and Vegan Eatwell Guides 
  • Mediterranean Diet


Each Video focuses on a different section of the Eatwell Guide and: 

  • describes the foods/drinks included
  • addresses questions/concerns that people typically have
  • discusses portion sizes 
  • looks at how these foods can help you now and in the future


Each Video also aims to:

  • help you relate the general advice to your own situation 
  • encourage self kindness as you embrace dietary change
