Rachael is co-owner and Lead Dietitian for "The Long Haul Dietitian". Rachael brings 23 years experience of working in the NHS.

Paul is co-owner and is responsible for the Technology, Website and Business side of The Long Haul Dietitian.  Paul has held senior roles in business and IT over the past 25 years.

Coco, Evie and Hugo (left to right above) provide invaluable support! Coco and Hugo are half brother and sister and Evie (in the middle) is our newest addition - we rescued her last year.  After a shaky start she has grown to trust us and now definitely loves life and being part of the team.
