Living with Multiple Sclerosis has given me a personal understanding of the ups and downs of a long-haul health journey — the frustration, the fatigue and the need to keep finding ways forward when things don’t go to plan. I hope that experience helps me support you on your own long-haul journey with weight management or inflammatory conditions.
As a dietitian, I have worked as an NHS Learning Disabilities Dietitian, NHS Weight Management dietitian and the Lead Long Covid dietitian for the BANES, Swindon and Wiltshire NHS trusts.
Now a fully freelance dietitian I can assist you where you either do not yet qualify for NHS weight management programmes or you simply one to have a one to one dietetic relationship outside the NHS.
