Trailers for the "Long Haul" Video series

Video 1: Planned meals at Regular Intervals

Having planned meals at regular intervals provides a framework that will give you the best chance of eating well. Unfortunately pain, fatigue and disrupted sleep can quickly disrupt and dismantle this essential framework.

This video brings education with empathy to help you relate general advice to your specific situation and enable you to make changes to how you plan meals to eat at the regular intervals that are right for you.

This is the first video of our Long Haul series.

Video 2: From Plan to Plate

From Plan to Plate discusses the stages and tasks that are required to get your planned meal to your plate ready for you to eat.

The invisible symptoms of fatigue, pain, brain fog bring different challenges to these stages. Recognising them and coming to terms with needing to do things differently is very challenging but essential.

In this video Rachael hopes to assure you that you are not alone, and that there are always solutions to be found.

This is the second video of our Long Haul series.
