The idea for the name initially came from the fact that those with Long Covid began to be described as "long haulers" - and initially Rachael's work was designed for those with Long Covid. However, Rachael felt that a being on a "long haul journey" captures how she feels living with MS and so thought this might resonate with those living with an auto-immune energy-limiting condition.
She then thought that being on a "long haul journey" would also resonate with those who are trying to manage their weight, health and wellbeing. DOES THIS NEED A SUMMARY SENTENCE?

There is also confusion about the difference between Dietitians and Nutritionists. One key difference is that only Dietitians are registered with the statutory regulator, the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
