I don't begin with assumptions about your diagnosis. I begin by understanding you.
Together, we explore your health, symptoms, nutritional needs and how food and drink fit into your everyday life.
We consider what's going well, what's proving difficult and what changes might help you achieve your goals.
My approach is calm, compassionate and collaborative. I take time to explain my clinical thinking clearly, recognise the challenges you may be facing and work with you to find realistic ways forward.
My aim is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of your nutritional needs and greater confidence and clarity about the practical dietary steps that are right for you.
Every journey is different but here's what you can expect when we work together.
1. Discovery Call
A free 15-minute conversation to discuss what you're looking for, ask questions and see whether I'm the right Dietitian for you.
2. Before We Meet
I'll invite you to complete a questionnaire about your health, nutrition, daily life and what you'd like help with. I will review your answers before our appointment so we can make the best use of our time together.
3. Your Initial Consultation (60 minutes)
We'll explore your nutritional needs, consider possible solutions and agree realistic next steps.
4. Your Consultation Summary & Journey Collection
After your appointment, you'll receive a personalised written summary of our findings, my recommendations and the plan we've agreed together. Where helpful, I'll also share carefully selected information and resources to support you. I like to think of these as your personal Journey Collection — something you can return to and a reflection of the work we've done together.
5. Follow-up Appointments (30 or 45 minutes)
Follow-up appointments give us time to review progress, explore any difficulties and adapt our approach as your needs and circumstances change.
My approach to working with organisations begins in much the same way as my work with individuals: by listening and understanding.
I take time to explore what you're hoping to achieve, what's already working well and the challenges you may be facing.
From there, we can draw on my clinical and educational experience to develop practical approaches that reflect your needs, priorities and circumstances.
My aim is to work collaboratively, helping you turn understanding into meaningful improvements in everyday practice
